My God how long has it been since I’ve last posted! You know how sometimes in life there are phases that are more busy than others, well I’ve been having one of those busy ones! It’s been so crazy with trying to make time for everything that I’ve been really stressed! There has been some changes since my last “Jennifer Nicole Lee” -post. That post made some changes in my life, I will tell you about them soon! Right now I’m still working at the company I started in last autumn but I’ve also gotten some of my own projects that I have to do during my free time. You guys can imagine how busy that makes me! But I love my job, especially when I get my own projects! I promise I will try my best to write and get my life in order! Here I am trying to work the stress out at the gym :)!

Jennifer Nicole Lee

25 Nov

Hi guys! This post is dedicated to my idol. Jennifer Nicole Lee is not only beautiful and has a rocking body, she is also a motivation to all of us. Her story is very inspiring and her mission is to help all the women and moms out there, who struggle with their weight and diet. She lost about 32kg in one year and became a fitness model  I watched her show on youtube and I felt like I wanted to pack my bag and head to the gym right away. A lot of people, specially women, look at these fitness models with these great bodies and feel jealous of them and feel like it’s really unfair that they look so good and fit. Looking at these JNL’s (Jennifer Nicole Lee) you realize that they haven’t gotten anything for free. These people work their ass off every single day, while we sit at home eating chocolate and watching TV. We tend to forget that these people have had dedicate a lot of their time and life for this and so I think they deserve every bit of it. If you google Jennifer Nicole Lee, you realize that she has a lot of photos, some of them which are pretty provocative. Some people (jealous people) probably dare to call her a show off or something else, to make themselves feel better. But come on! If I looked like that, I’d be naked all the time :D! Okey probably not all the time but you know what I mean ;). So If you’re in a desperate need of motivation, watch JNL on youtube and you’ll get some right away, I promise! Here are some of my favorite pictures and videos :).

Damn :D.. She has two kids guys..

Bond, James Bond

Like you can probably guess, I’m talking about the new 007 movie “skyfall”. We’re on our way to the movies to see it. I’ve hear from some that it’s the best Bond movie so far, and from others that it sucks. Hopefully it’s not a waiste of time! And it can’t be bad when u can stare at Daniel Craig ;).

Trying isn’t enough..

I dunno what’s happened to me! I can’t seem to have time to do anything other than work, go to the gym, eat and sleep! Is this what working people do?? I won’t give in to it thou! I will keep trying to do all the thing I love, like writing this blog. I love doing it and why stop doing something you love right? Just because life get’s too busy sometimes and makes you feel like you just “don’t have the time”, doesn’t mean you should stop and think about how like is just passing you buy, one week after another, without you enjoying it. I’m doing everything I can to stop that, by first starting to enjoy the little things in life :). Like a delicious cup of coffee, my favorite TV-show or a delicious meal. I know it sounds cliché but it’s so true. Just remember to enjoy life before it passes you by, I know I will!

Right now I’m really trying to get all the little things done here at the house. I’m really excited at decorating it and making it look amazing (or at least try to). I just bought three frames from Ikea and I plan to put some Paris themed picture in it. Pictures that I myself took on our trip there. Makes it much more personal don’t you think? Anyways here are the photos, what do you think?

Morning!

13 Oct

Hi there! I just had breakfast and I’m already thinking about lunch :P. I have this great app on my Ipad called foodgawker that a friend of mine told me about, and I’m totally obsessed with it. There are so many options it’s hard to make up your mind on what to choose. Today I’m making mini cheese meatloaves and I’ll be sure to share the recipe with you later :)! Now I’m going to prepare the food and then head to ZUMBA :)! I’m trying out this gym called Tempo here in turku. They have Pilates, Jooga, Fitness boxing etc. Can’t wait to try them out :)!

Today I make a little effort with breakfast. Fried egg with onion, feta cheese and minced meat, yummy :). And ofcourse I washed it down with my vanilla tea.

Eggplant Moussaka

11 Oct

Hi guys! Finally there is time to write something! Work has been keeping me busy but it’s a good think I like it :). I made dinner today and it did take more time than I had planned but it was worth it. Tasted really good! Here is the recipe:

Eggplant Mousakka

2-3 Eggplants
2 tbsp oil
0,5 tsp salt

Filling:

4oo g minced meat
1 big onion crushed
1-2 garlic clove crushed
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp rosemary or thyme
2 tps paprika powder
0,5 tsp black pepper
2 dl meat stock

Topping:

2 tbsp wheat flour
3 dl milk
2 dl grated cheese
0,5 tsp salt

Rinse the eggplants and slice them. Pile the slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, oil and salt them. Soften the eggplants in 200 °C in the oven for 15 min. Put the onion and garlic cloves on a hot pan, add the minced meat and brown a little nit. Season the minced meat, add the meat stock and let it simmer on low heat for about 20 min.

Take an oiled casserole and layer the eggplants and minced meat mix so, that you start and finish with eggplants. Mix the ingredients of the sauce in a pan and let it boil just a little bit. Pour the sauce on top of the moussaka. Cook in the oven in 200 °C for about 30 min. Enjoy :)!
